A valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport,
or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests (including
accompanying guests) upon check-in. Local IDs are accepted.
Note: PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
Hotel Marigold Grand reserves the right of admission. While we proudly welcome unmarried couples in a safe and secure environment, we reserve the right to deny accommodation to any guest posing a risk to property safety, staff, or other guests.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, or fixtures during the stay will be directly charged to the guest.

Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time, or failure to arrive at the hotel (no-show), may be subject to a retention charge equivalent to the first night's stay or the total package cost.
Special short-stay packages (like the 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Full Day package) have strict availability. Cancellations for these packages must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
For bookings where advance payment was made, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.
